Meet Dr. Lori Brotto

Millions of women experience challenges with sexual wellbeing, yet many are told it's simply something they have to live with.

For nearly 25 years, Dr. Lori Brotto has challenged that belief.

Her research has helped demonstrate that women's sexual wellbeing is influenced by more than hormones alone, and that evidence-based psychological therapies can significantly improve desire, arousal, sexual pain, and overall wellbeing.

Today, her work extends beyond the university through public education, books, speaking, and eSense—bringing research into the lives of women and gender-diverse people everywhere.
