Dr. Brotto’s new book, Better Sex Through Mindfulness, was published in April 2018! It summarizes many of the mindfulness-meditation based exercises she has used with hundreds of women over the past 15 years, and it is chalk full of stories of women who have benefited from these exercises in terms of cultivating their sexual desire.
